As a wine importer, we focus on bringing the lesser-known wine regions of Spain to the forefront. We have a preference for the "new wave" from Spain, which covers wine producers who cultivate grapes in cooler regions and ferment with shorter maceration times for red wines, resulting in a light, cool, and elegant expression, and slightly longer maceration times for white wines, allowing them to appear more complex and better interpret the terroir.
