We work with the traditional grape varieties of the AOC PATRIMONIO but not only, we planted in 2018 old Corsican grape varieties : Carcaghjolu Neru, Minustellu and Rimenese. We pay meticulous attention to both the soil and vineyard work, where a significant portion of the tasks are performed manually. Our terroirs are vinified separately to allow our wines to fully express their unique characteristics. As a family-run domain handed down through five generations, our 13-hectare vineyard was established in 1870. Our vines are cultivated using organic farming methods, and the winemaking process is carried out without the addition of oenological products, except for very low doses of SO2. We are certified organic since 2018, we continue the tradition started by our father, who always worked organically without asking for the certification.
