Nous nous sommes installés depuis 2022 sur la commune de St Lambert du Lattay (Anjour noir, France). Nous avons à ce jour 4,9 ha de vignes (3,7 ha en 2022), avec 3 ha de chenin, puis du melon, du chardonnay et du cabernet franc. Nous travaillons dans le respect de la biodiversité certifié AB par Ecocert, vendanges manuelles, pressurage vertical, sans intrants à la vinification excepté un léger apport de soufre à la mise en bouteille (20mg/L de SO2 total)
