Late harvest of this Grenache noir picked in the end of october 3 weeks after picking the grapes for dry wine. in between cold and dry wind shrivels the berries and concentrates the juice. the process is same as for the dry except the sugar level makes the fermentation hard to achieve. Sweetness comes from the residual sugar of the berries.
