"This wine leads you in with aromas of orange blossom, lemon rind, and white peach, while the palette entices with hints of chamomile, poached almonds, and crushed oyster shells. A beautiful saline minerality weaves through like a nerve, balanced by bright thirst quenching acidity. It shows a quintessential textured and slightly bitter finish that is a hallmark of Italian whites and keeps us coming back for more. It is a joy to pair with anything fresh off the grill, but we especially love it with the first vegetables of spring and fresh halibut"

"Some of our favorite wines we made in 2021 came from John Siletto and the vineyards he farms around Tres Pinos. In 2022 we added Falanghina to the repertoire and could not be more stoked!

Falanghina is native to the Campania region of Italy where it produces crisp bright white wines that pair with all summer fare. Falanghina thrives in the heat while retaining its aromatics and acidity, making it a great fit for the California Sun. We love the saline nature of this wine and the freshness and lift it provides. You will find this wine at our dinner table all spring and summer long."
