Additional Information

The Riva Arsiglia vineyard was first planted in 1935, making its oldest vines almost 87. The wine is not filtered after fermentation, but decants with its native yeasts for about 14 months in the concrete vats before bottling, gaining in body and complexity.
something

Menti Giovanni Winery was settled by Menti Giovanni at the end of XIX century on the volcanic hills in Gambellara. Founded by the Menti Family and now in its fourth generation of winemakers, today the company is run by Stefano. We grow Garganega grapes and a small plot of Durella on soils rich in tuff and black basalt, a soil typical of our area, able to give a mineral characteristic to our wines.
