
Agent Papilles was founded by Hélène Dion and Patrice Lavoie, both deeply passionate about the wine industry. Hélène has an extensive background, having worked in the restaurant sector, served as a wine columnist, taught sommelier courses at the ITHQ in Montreal, and held the position of Director of Public Relations for a leading French wine company. To further broaden her experience, she had the privilege of working in viticulture and in the cellar of a Québec vineyard before founding Agent Papilles, the culmination of years of hands-on experience.
Patrice, dedicating his second professional life to sharing the work of winemakers, brings exceptional culinary talent, seamlessly pairing wines with dishes to elevate the experience.
