At Amfora, we believe in minimal intervention wines, predominantly sourced directly from local producers who respect both the vineyard and the wines. In Slovakia we are at the epicenter of historic wine producing regions with a whole host of local varieties to taste and we strive to take everyone's preferences under consideration so that everyone leaves happier than when they arrived, and hopefully with a new favourite wine!
