Me and my partner Ugo we started 3-4 years ago, with the idea to discover and study a new tuscan spot , Monte Amiata, a wild 1700 msl high mountain , where now we grow (biodynamic farming) about 7 Ha of mainly Sangiovese out of any tuscan famous appellation. We both grow in the wine world and we fall in love with this new tuscan soil with plenty of high quality limestone match with well structured clay and more cooler and rainy climate. We ferment mainly in concrete and we do only 100% whole cluster fermentation , that's quite unique for Sangiovese grape but we believe is the best way to translate the personality of our soil and climate.
