Determined to make real terroir natural wines based on Chardonnay, Aligoté, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc. Real raw wines, low to no intervention in the cellar, biological grape culture at 5 plots of vinyards: Poupouye, Les Garennes, Bosquet Jadoul, Meer and Cras-Avernas. Mainly focussing on mono cépage and single vinyard wines, striving towards elegance. Field blend wines and orange wines.
