Our adventure takes place on the slopes of the Sierra Nevada at an altitude 1080-1200m. Temperatures are extreme and ripening is slow giving our wines a vivid colour, acidity, alcohol and tannins that make them long-lasting. Vinification is transparent: we do what we say and we say what we do – no additives.
