Healthy vines and wines, family and tradition, nature and purity in our bottles. We are a family winery located in Castilla y León in the province of Burgos, in a small village of 80 inhabitants at an altitude of 1000 metres. Since its foundation in 1990, we have always worked in naturally. Our vineyard is made up of 29 small plots of land with a total surface area of 8 hectares. Our soils are mainly clay and limestone and some are sandy. Our main grape variety is Tempranillo but we also have Albillo Mayor, Grenache teinturier and white Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Malbec, Chardonnay, Sauvignon blanc and Chasselas. Due to the altitude and continental climate, we benefit from a wide range of temperatures, which means that our grapes take longer to ripen and we usually start harvesting in mid-October.
