We are fermenting naturally beer, cider and mead by foraging wild yeast from organic materials and by following seasons rythems with nature energy balance( all by gravity, raw beers, wild foraging, water recycling, using leftovers of bio farmers/ wine growers). We are located around a natural spring water with a high purity levels for welcoming the natural yeasts.
