Champagne Médot is owned by the Lombard Family, who is established in Epernay since 1925. Thierry Lombard bought the domaine of 6ha in 2004 and decided to move progressively to a "greener" viticulture.

Since 2013, Maison Médot has been producing organic champagne using grapes grown by their partner winegrowers.

In 2019, Thomas Lombard decided to start the organic conversion of the vineyards, which are certified since 2022. Champagne Médot is made with the philosophy of making the best wine each year, according to the specificity of the vintage and to what nature offer to us.
