The Champagne PONSON is represented by the fifth generation , Camille and Maxime.
In 2018 they took over the familly Vineyard and decided to switch everything to organic farming. Certified organic since 2022, the objective to understanding each vines to extract the purest fruit.
The winemaking are very low in input with greastest respect for the fruit and the unique Terroir of "La Petite Montagne" de Reims.
