Château Boucarut

We are a family owned and worked, estate in the appellations of Lirac, Tavel, Coteaux du Pont du Gard and Vin de France. Boucarut has 20ha out of which 16 in production. With Maurice, my husband, we took over the estate in 2017 and immediately began our conversion to Organic Farming. We are thus certified by Ecocert on the entirety of the estate since 2020. In the wineyards we try to maintain as much as possible biodiversity. We have little forests and our parcels are separated by lines of trees and other indigenous plants. We do not overwork our soils and maintain indigenous herbs and plants 1 of 2 lines. In the winemaking process we work as naturally as possible taking into account all risks of the vintage... We work solely with indigenous yeasts, do not fine not filter our wines. We may, if necessary, adjust our SO2 before bottling.
