I cultivate 12 ha of organic vines on a hillside on the Chalonnaise coast. A

ll the plots are around the estate. we just have a 1 ha plot off-center in Fleurie in Beaujolais. I work with my sister and my mom. we produce the 4 Burgundy grape varieties on very distinct terroirs. the great wealth of the estate apart from its marvelous biological diversity is the diversity of our terroirs. On the same hill we have 6 ha of Aligoté on granite, 2 ha of Pinot Noirs on sandstone, 3 ha of Chardonnays on limestone clay with blue gryphée and yellow limestone and 1 ha of Gamay. we make our own composts to fertilize all our vines. the entire vineyard has been grassed for 40 years and grazed by our flock of 50 sheeps 6 months a year. Our winemaking is as natural as possible. No yeasting and sulfite during vinification no filtration, aging in vats and barrels. We market around 35,000 bottles per year in France and abroad. Our bottles are waxed on request with beeswax from our hives.
