Chateau Lestignac

We started to make our own wine on the domain on 2008, immediately with organic grapes. But after one vintage listening the advices of oenologists, we tried to follow our own feelings, discovering the power of grapes from vines grown naturally.We don't make many blend wines, we prefer the burgundy way, one grape variety on one patch.We do several small cuvees in white (3-4) and red (5-6) on 30 acres.Half of those are sulfites free, the others contains a small quantity.We are looking for purity and freshness in our wines, respecting our terroir and our tradition: our wines, in Bergerac are powerfull and we don't turn our back to it!
