Grower, Maker

Costadila is a traditional “closed-loop” small farm with organic agricolture and breeding. Costadila is set in the hills north of Venice, where “Prosecco di Conegliano e Valdobbiadene” is historically produced. According to the local tradition, our wines are fermented in bottle. Not filtering and not adding sulphites, we give our wild-yeasts the ideal condition to do their job. Honest and daily sparkling wines, are what we try to do.
