About
I grow 5.50 HA in organic way in Beaujolais with 4.30HA in Régnié Appelation and 1.20 HA in Morgon Appelation since 2014. I craft natural wine using carbonic maceration with indiginous yeasts and don't use artificial products The wines are maturing in tank or barrels during 8 to 12 months with fines lies. We use a small quantity of Sulfer before bottling (5 to 20mg/liter).
