About
With my wife we have a small estate of 5 hectares in vitiforestry on the Champagne / Burgundy border. We have a plot in Celles-sur-Ource (Côte des Bar) where we produce a Champagne cuvée, and the other vines are in Molesme (Châtillonnais), 3km from the Champagne appellation, but in Burgundy, where we produce Crémants de Bourgogne, and a little still wine.
