Domaine de Cazaban is based in Carcassonne in the south of France in the Languedoc region. We are producing organic and biodynamic wines in AOP Cabardès, AOP Minervois, IGP Aude and Vin de France. 100% handpicked, natural yeasts and very minimum intervention. Production of 80000 bottles/annum.
