Family estate in Languedoc, in the heart of the Gabelas valley. The vineyard has been cultivated there for a long time... perhaps antiquity. Winemakers for four generations, we made our conversion to organic farming in 2003. More recently at Nature and Progress and Wine Nature method since this creation. It has been more than ten seasons since tillage was replaced by annual seedlings. This agronomic route is permitted by the conception of a direct seeder . Also supported by our vegetarians for precision weeding between cutlery (the sheep are gourmet and reluctant to graze the faba bean). Since our soils seem to be back by-putting with a nice resilience to drought But between us we agree to say that the background of our wines seems to corespond more in the soil of siliceous silt to the detriment of the irregularity of the vintages. Elegance and finesse tannins, fruity and aromatic wines more complex and pleasant in youth. Possibly more resilient plants overall. Our luck, it may be good to have on three generations of winemakers, never used granules or other fertilizers even labeled bio or biodynamic. This leads to the alienation of the vineyard of the winegrower and the rejection of the mushroom population that allows access to our rocks and clays. Ultimately, it is the access to the terroir through grapes that is the most beautiful reward to share. Also prolong the loving drawings of our vine, which to make us better come to it , will put all these chances in the flavors of these fruits. For this reason, since 2011, we have been making wine without any input or oenologists, empiricism and quality, the maturity of the grapes as the only common thread. That is to say , we are autonomous on the microbiology of our wines and we being able to grow different microbial populations. For finally visualize them. But above all, we must guarantee informed choices during blending to better project our wines over time. The production of bag in box serving as sub pope, the latter being sold within the year. Keep these fruits of ephemeral maturity by the only games of yeasts. It is in the light of this brief summary that I propose that you discover the blood of this land and my family .
