Small estate of 9ha installed in 2021 on organic vines since 1984 conducted in goblets. The conversion to Biodynamics began in 2021 and will be validated by joining DEMETER certification in 2024. The grape varieties are made up of Syrah, Carignan and Mourvèdre for red ones, Clairette, Marsanne and Viognier for white grapes. A “plantier” of Macabeu was planted on 1ha in 2021, 1ha of Piquepoul/Albarino in 2022 The will of the estate is to move towards the production of great white wines from the South of France and Rhone Valley.
