Domaine Houillon

We produce wines without any oenological inputs (yeast, glue, sulphur, etc.) while respecting the raw material (no filtration, gravity work), in order to allow the wines to express all their aromatic qualities and their ageing potential. We have been applying Jules Chauvet's winemaking method for more than twenty years, first in the Jura at Pupillin at the Overnoy-Houillon domain, and for the last few years in the Côtes du Rhône. We are happy to produce wines that have the opulence of southern wines, but with a lot of freshness.
