Domaine Le Bout du Monde

After working several years at the cooperative winery of Estezargues, Edouard Laffitte felt like cultivating his land. Not from farming background, he had to start from the bottom and to learn everything. With the help of Loic Roure (Domaine du Possible), Edouard chose vines in altitude with main North exposure. It felt like "The End of the World" to the first visitors.There came the name of the Domaine ! Today he works in an organic way and produces natural wines favouring freshness and fruit to produce a low alcohol wine.
