About
After studying wine and working at the Sébastien Brunet organic estate on the Vouvray AOC from 2006 to 2008, I met Mathieu Cosme. In 2013, I partnered with Mathieu on a new range of wine from his domaine: Le Facteur. Since then, I have been able to take over some vines in Vouvray and plant 2 hectares next to the Côteau du Loir AOC - all certified organic or in the process of gaining certification. The aim is to be 100% certified in 3 years’ time.
