Focused on indegenous grapes and "franc de pied" roots of Paros, we produce 20,000 bottles per year. We have 2ha of grapes and we also buy from small producers on the island. We re certified in organic farming for our own grapes. For the vinification , fermentation with indegenous natural yeasts of the grapes. malolactic done in all the wines. unfiltred and unfined before the bottling. We want to highlight the terroir of Paros with mineral and fresh wines.
