Enderle & Moll

Our winery was founded in 2007 and is located in the village of Münchweier/Ortenau in Baden. Due to our location, our main focus is clearly on Burgundy varieties and the vinification of special Pinot Noirs. We don't want to produce faceless or interchangeable wines, but rather our intuition is to focus exclusively on the respective "terroir" and use it to produce distinctive, independent wines. From the very beginning, we have placed great value on the "originality" and origin of our wines and have therefore been working ecologically/biodynamically in our vineyards and in the cellar according to the "hands off" principle for 15 years now, which means that we put as little hand on our wines as possible while they are stored in our cellar. This means, among other things, no additives, no additional yeasts and no addition of sulfur and filtration until shortly before bottling. A few weeks before bottling, our wines are either not filtered at all or only very lightly filtered and sulphurized.
