Our small team consists of botanists, scientists, and sommeliers who are passionate about crafting sophisticated, unique, and interesting non-alcoholic dinner pairings To create our beverages, we start from white and red beetroot varieties, and through lacto-fermentation and maceration with different botanicals, we give them dignity and complexity, offering a truly unconventional yet refined experience.
