farm in polyculture. On the 36 hectares, it is about 12 hectares dedicate to the vines. The other hectares are due to feed the cattles (12 cows). Kévin grows cereals to feed them, as without the cows, there is no wine! Kévin took over the farm in 2014 (year of the passation with the older winegrower). The range of wine is mainly red wine, but also 1 white wine , 1 rosé and 1 sparkling. One cuvee is from one plot. Meaning that if there is a blend of different kind of grapes varieties, they would come from the same plot. During the harvest, grappes are hand picked. At least twice a year, he uses animal traction to take care of the ground. Kévin also produces sunflower oil, veal meat, plum liquor. He is a peasant-winegrower
