Hofgut Dahlem

We are Jochen and Lorenz Dahlem. Two brothers that are bringing together the knowledge of a winegrower and a farmer to continue our family farm called Hofgut Dahlem. Since 2018 we are working on pure and honest wines, grown in slopes and fields based on limestone and covered by thousands of cover crops (in certification to organic farming).

Famous for our white - partially skin fermented - blend "[səgō] weiß" and now starting to vinificate our autochtonous grapes Silvaner and Portugieser!
