Hollow Wines

We are splitting time between North Fremantle, West Australia, and the California Central Coast. Winemaker Quinn Hobbs relies on his relationships with some of the best vignerons across both hemispheres. We source organic grapes from farmers who provide living wages to their workers and care about the future of our planet. Our goal is to help our farmers transition to dry farming and are currently working with producing vineyards as they transition to fully dry-farmed. Our process is minimal intervention, we use SO2 on some wines but always less than 50PPM total. We are working to reduce our emissions and water consumption through many different facets, like carbon-neutral closures, exclusive use of lightweight glass, and on-site water recycling.
