Humus x hortense is a pioneering fine dining restaurant in Brussels.
The plant-based tasting menu is created by chef Nicolas Decloedt who learned his skills in renowned restaurants in Europe (Mugaritz, In De Wulf, Bon-Bon).
Caroline Baerten, WSET certified sommelière and vision holder at humus x hortense, selects the organic, low intervention and biodynamic wines.
Each ingredient of the menu and every object in the Art Nouveau-inspired interior is locally sourced, made by talented artisans and based on sustainable production methods.
