About
Artisan. Grower. Maker. 4 Hands. 2 Minds. We are a vinegrowing and winemaking couple in Germany. We farm 4 hectares of old low yielding vines on mainly isolated slopes, 240-340m a.s.l., of high biodiversity and diverse soil formations. We selectively hand harvest our vineyards and the grapes are spontaneously skin fermented. After a slow and prolonged pressing of low extraction through a manual basket press the wines are aged on full lees over a long time. There is no filtration of the wines.
