La Thériaque Spiritueux

We are a Micro distillery near Montpellier with a 300 liter copper pot still. We make natural spirits and vermouths. We distill natural wine for the spirits and use natural wine for the vermouths. Wild forage almost all the plants in the countryside, or work with local small organic producers for the rest.
