Le Cochon Aveugle is a small restaurant by Head Chef Josh Overington and GM/Sommelier Victoria Overington. We serve a vegetable focussed 'blind' tasting menu, working alongside the seasons and selective producers and farmers who share our ethos. This extends to our wine list, as we use 90% organic or natural wines from independent producers around the world. Cave du Cochon is our sister wine bar, located on the same street, with the same ethos, serving charcuterie, cheeses and small dishes and a focus on orange, unfiltered and natural/organic wines.
