Léo Dirringer

I started working at the Ruhlmann Dirringer estate in 2017, with my parents on organic viticulture. And since then I have been producing my natural wines, without any input or filtration. These wines are sold with my name; Léo Dirringer We cultivate 13ha on about forty plots, which is quite fragmented. But most of the vines are on Dambach la Ville, where the mountain is a large boulder of granite. The slopes are very sandy granite arenas and the more you descend towards the plain, the more the sands are mixed with silts or veins of alluvial clay.
