About
Patricia and Luc Bettoni started Domaine Les Eminades in 2002. The vineyard is located in Cebazan, a village 5 km east of Saint Chinian. Here, the soils of the plots are generally clay-limestone, small pebblestones and red sandstones. Vines planted are Carignan, a few old Grenache ( 35 and 60 year old, Syrah and Cinsault. Most of the vineyard is in Goblet, which makes it possible to be worked by a single person. Vinification is very simple: no yeast addition, and very low SO2 wich enables to craft unique and delicious organic and biodynamic wines.
