The wine cellar was established in 2017, on the site of an old wine cellar, there was an 40-year-old vineyard, which was renovated, in the same space, there is a yard and a residential house. On the logo of "Levani's Marani" is depicted a swallow and its nest, the nest is real and is was built swallows built by swallows 70 years ago, since our house was built, out of this 70 I personally remember the nest for 40 years and all this time swallows return to the nest from warm countries every year on April 7 - the "Annunciation" Day, this coincides with the opening period of the Qvevri, when the wine is born after six months in Qvevri and sees the light of day for the first time. In autumn, when the grapes are squeezed in Qvevri, swallows fly away to spend the winter in warmer countries. We finish Qvevri opening in the cellar exactly on the day of Christian holiday "Annunciation" and every year, at the same time, the swallows fly back and congratulate us the feast and the birth of the wine. That is why we chose this logo for our cellar; The picture is real and is taken as a swallow sits on a nest and then transferred to the logo.
