Minadze's Marani Phersvi

Our wine cellar "Minadze's Marani Phersvi" located in western Georgia region of Imereti. Our family winemaking history counts 4 generations. Our philosophy in wine making is to continue history wich comes from our roots and to make natural products without damaged nature. We growing up our grapes in the village wich is surrounded by Ajameti reserve and Persati mountains wich create really helpful environment for imeretian grape varieties. We producing 5 types of wine: Tsolikouri, Krakhuna, Tsitska, Otskhanuri Sapere and Dzelshavi. All of them are made from imeretian grape varieties, with maceration. We use qvevri for grape juse maceration and make umber wines by imeretian rules, wich means 20-30% skin contact for 2 weesk.
