We started from a garage, today we have a cellar and we produce around 20,000 bottles per year from 4.5 hectares.
Our vineyards are located in the Roero and Barbaresco areas where we grow Chardonnay, Barbera d'Alba, Langhe Nebbiolo, Langhe Freisa and Barbaresco. Our approach to winemaking is simple, less is more; we believe in biodynamic farming both in the vineyards and cellar. It's not just a marketing strategy for us; it's a way of life! We use cover crops to provide nitrogen to the vines' roots while creating gaps between the ground and summer heat. Spontaneous fermentation combined with moon phases helps preserve the authentic personality of our wines. We take pride in producing genuine and pure wines that reflect our values. We are proud to be "Traditional and Contemporary".
We aim for elegance, crispy fruits, body, and drinkability that give each bottle its own clear personality.
