Small fine winery in the middle of the Swiss Alps. Rocky slopes, wild vines and a wild wine. With our family we cultivate 4 hectares of vines and 40 hectares of mountain land for our cattle. In Fully and Aven. The diversity of our terroir makes our wines unique. Granite in Fully, and limestone slate in Aven. Our vines are steep slopes, only cultivated by hand according to the guidelines of organic farming. When energy and time allow, we also use biodynamic techniques. All our compost and manure comes from our farm. We have cows and sheeps that help to give the best to our meagre, alpine vines. Our wines are handmade from what the vines give us, in our barrel cellar on our farm in. All wines are fermented in used barriques and matured for up to 10 months. We use a little sulphur to protect the identity of our vines, our terroir, but nothing else. So are our wines, made to enjoy with family and friends a loving moment always with the aim to drink the bottles empty!
