Octagono

Octágono is one of a few natural wines in Mexico and the only winery nationwide that ferments in clay vessels buried in the ground. We don't have electricity in our winery, so the whole winemaking process is done by hand. We add zero sulfites to our wine. Our process is inspired in the way the Georgians make their wine. We produce red, rose and white wines. Our orange wine has 7-9 month skin contact.
