We are Nahuel and Victoria, after several years working in a three Michelin star restaurant, we decided to completely change our lives to dedicate ourselves to the vineyard and this project of making natural wine. In 2019 we started with a small batch of 500 bottles of three different sparkling wines and today we work on around 8 hectares spread across the Sierra de Gredos in El Barraco, Santa Cruz, San Juan and Cebreros. Our winery and house are in El Barraco, a small town 1010 meters above sea level. Very old vineyard more than 100 years old, mostly granite sand soils, 100% spontaneous vegetation cover and zero chemicals! Neither in the winery or in the vineyard! We share criteria of regenerative agriculture and Biodynamics without certification. The most important variety is Garnacha for reds and Albillo Real for whites, both native and we also work with other varieties such as Chasselas Doré, Jaen, Chelva, Aragonés, Muscat or Tempranillo...
