About
The farm was founded in 2003, with the first vineyard planting, which is taken care of and be conducted in full respect of the environment and a great attention to biodiversity. Inside the farm are also present various fruit trees, used for the production of jams. Using green manure as farming techniques to preserve soil fertility and only indigenous varieties and old are grown as the gentle Malbo, Lambrusco Montericco and Spergola. The sparkling wines are obtained with the method of second fermentation in the bottle, without filtration nor clarification, to keep intact the territorial and varietal characteristics of the grapes, thus obtaining products with flavors and aromas that lead back to the past and to peasant traditions.
The company is available for tastings and educational visits.
