In 2013, three friends (winemakers and a sommelier) founded their own “house committed to natural wines” to produce living and affordable wines from Languedoc Roussillon terroir !

Poivre d'Ane wines are rooted in their time:

- Living wines (indigenous yeasts, winemaking without additives, unfiltered, slight SO2 adjustment) from sustainable viticulture

- Stable and "consumable" (controlled and packaged without major defects in the wine) If it's a failure, it's distilled!

- Affordable (from Bag in Box to beautiful bottles to nestle at the back of your cellar)

- Profiles with low natural alcohol levels! No de-alcoholization here, just common sense!

- Accessible to everyone: wide range of different wine profiles

- Indigenous grape varieties (Aubun, Cinsault, Clairette, Grenache, and others) to purpose varietal wines.

- Unique terroirs rich in history, from Roussillon to the Rhône Valley

- Colorful, "dynamic" labels that speak to the younger generation.

Democratizing living wines while offering a range of unique terroirs and grape varieties, that's our goal from our small winery !

Come to meet us !
