Régis et Sylvain - Clos de Somméré

We are two cousins who have two spots of winemaking (where we love the wines), one in the Muscadet where we buy the grapes and one in Burgundy (Maconnais) where we have our own vines (9ha) divided into 26 parcels in the appelations :

• Saint Véran
• Aligoté Burgundy
• Chardonnay Burgundy
• Macon La Roche-Vineuse
• Pinot Noir Burgundy

We make manual harvest and let indigenous yeasts make the different fermentations, each parcel separatly. We put no chemical input during the wine making process except a small amount of sulfur at the bottling, if necessary… Then we do not filter the wine.
