Sager and Wine

Sager + Wine is an intimate network of friends who love wine. More specifically, wine that is created with a sense of stewardship to the land and is a poetic expression of its origin. We have been fortunate enough to pull many corks over the years and have come to realise the bottles which impact us most are those that speak of the time, place, and people that made them. Our producers see land as a precious asset and primary source of life rather than profit. We believe in farming that gives back to the earth what it takes. That coexists with nature rather than working against it. More often than not, this involves a philosophy of organic or biodynamic agriculture, though each winemaker will have their own unique take.
