The story begins in my childhood when my father transmitted to me the passion for the vineyard and the production of wines, and more specifically, traditional wines from Malaga, a culture that he had inherited from his ancestors from Colmenar. From a very young age, I loved collaborating in the cultivation of vines, the harvesting of the grapes and the winemaking process. We made these wines in a natural, artisanal and familiar way, for our own consumption and also to sale to our friends and family. It was at the end of 2017 when I decided to develop my personal project, making natural, pure wines, without any additives or aggressive treatments that, from my point of view, take the soul out of wines. In 2018 I made my first natural wines, from traditional vineyards in the province of Malaga, with minority grape varieties - some of them, in danger of disappearing. Since then, I have not stopped making natural wines of different styles: sparkling, white, red, sweet.
I defend the NO use of chemical products in the field and in the winery. I believe that in this way the plants are stronger and a HARMONY can be achieved between the plants and the rest of the beings that inhabit and/or are related to the crop. I also believe that the grapes from these plants are fruits with greater VITALITY, which gives us the opportunity to make a good PURE wine. The winemaking process of my wines is quite simple: manual harvest, spontaneous fermentation and bottling. NO additives are added (sulfites, acids, yeasts, ...) nor are they filtered or stabilized in a forced way.
